Our firm does not base our Architectural Fee's on a percentage of the total Construction Cost of your project, "as do most traditional Architectural Firms", we give you a fixed fee that will save you money. We are currently doing church projects in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas.
Since 1994 our firm has been blessed to work with small Churches of 100 members to large Church of 1,000 designing their Sanctuary’s, Education Wings, Family Life/Gym Facilities and remodeling existing space.
Our firm has been providing Construction Management services to our clients since 1990 with over [40] years combined experience in the Construction Industry. Our Construction Management services are provided for a predetermined fee with no entrepreneurial profit motive unlike a general contractor. Based on these highest standards of project management our firm has been able to save our clients between 15% and 20% below what a general contractor would charge. The essence of this concept centers on the introduction of a Construction Manager as the “Owner’s Agent and manager of the entire building process”. The position is similar to that of the “Master Builder” of ancient times.
